XlS Precision Hardware Factory is a factory for OEM small highly precision metal parts in size from 0.8mm to 12mm by stainless steel, brass, titanium, copper-nickel and so on, with CNC drilling, milling and turning.
A) Procurement and complete machining of medium to large size castings. Materials can be Cast Iron, SG Iron, Carbon steel, Stainless Steel, and Super alloy steel castings, Aluminium and alloys as per customer requirements.
b) Procurement and fabrication of sheet metal and structural parts including machining.
c) Sourcing and supply of Jigs and Fixtures, Special tooling’s as per customer specified drawings including proving of the parts with inspection report.
